Shipping Costs and Final Prices within the EU

The prices on our website are displayed in EUR and include the German value-added tax.

For items shipped to destinations within the European Union (EU), value-added tax must be calculated based on the different tax rates of member states. For deliveries to other EU countries, the German value-added tax is deducted and the applicable value-added tax rate for the destination country is calculated. The final price, including the applicable value-added tax rates for the ordered items in the destination country, will be displayed at checkout.

Germany

For every order within Germany, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of 6.95 EUR.
For cat trees and cat tree parts with a total weight over 5 kg, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of 12.95 EUR regardless of the number of packages.
